The Secondary school I am working with is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary School History Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching history to students in grades 7-11, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students develop a deeper understanding of historical events, cultures, and perspectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in history, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and national history standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate technology and interactive activities to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in History, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification for secondary education in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching history at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of historical content and teaching methods.
