We are seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support primary schools across Doncaster and Rotherham. • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of education for pupils.
• Assisting teachers in planning, preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
• Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups to help them achieve their learning objectives.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Assessing and recording students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
• Contributing to the development of learning materials and resources.

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different educational settings.
