About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HLTA to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Cleckheaton. This full-time, long-term position offers the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate. You will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
  • Provide support to students, including those with additional needs, in small groups and one-on-one settings.
  • Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Assist in the assessment of student progress and provide feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
