HLTA - The Supply Register Ltd : Job Details

We are looking for full time Higher level teaching asssistants to work across a group of schools in Rochdale and Oldham for St Teresa's Multi Academy Trust Schools.

As a HLTA, you will support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences, working alongside class teachers to ensure all children reach their full potential. You will cover PPA time in the teachers absence and deliver lesson plans to classes across different key stages  You will play an important role in supporting both individual and group learning, helping children overcome any barriers to learning and making a real difference to their educational journey.

• Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Lead small groups or 1:1 interventions to support children’s learning.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

• You will have experience working with children in a school setting.
• You should hold a relevant HLTA/Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent.
• You will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to engage and motivate children.
• You will be passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and committed to supporting their academic and personal growth.
