HLTA Needed- Frodsham - Reed : Job Details

Are you an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new challenge? Reed is currently recruiting for a dedicated HLTA to join a dynamic primary school in Frodsham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
• Lead small group sessions and interventions to boost student learning.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
• Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Cover classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
