About the Role:

• Lead small group interventions and support classroom learning under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring extra assistance.
• Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and educational resources.
• Support the class teacher with behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to ensure student success.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience working as an HLTA in UK schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
