My client are seeking a High Net Worth (HNW) Account Executive to join their well-established and friendly team in Norwich. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own book of business valued at £300,000 in commission income, with the objective to grow the book over time.
- No lead generation required—focus entirely on servicing and expanding your portfolio of HNW clients.
- Handle Motor, Home, and Travel insurance for HNW clients, with the support of a dedicated account handler.
- Engage with clients primarily from the office, with flexibility for occasional remote work for the right candidate.
- Participate in ongoing training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Work as part of a collaborative and positive team, where customer service is prioritized over KPIs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in HNW Broking or a higher-level Personal Lines role.
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Comfortable working in an office environment, with some flexibility for hybrid working if required.
- Team player who thrives in a traditional, non-KPI-driven environment.
- Experience managing a book of business and growing it over time.
