Mortgage Broker / Business Development Manager (Singapore)

Location: Singapore

Candidates must have experience of working either in property or financial services in Singapore.

Pure Resourcing Limited are delighted to be working with an award-winning financial services practice. Our client is looking to expand their overseas operations, dealing with local clients in Singapore but also Expats / Investors requiring mortgage advice for UK property purchases.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a fantastic brand, expanding its international offering.

We are keen to speak to experienced Mortgage Brokers / Mortgage Advisers / Private Bankers who have experience of dealing with complex mortgage transactions, both residential and commercial.

Candidates will need to be already based in Singapore.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 year’s property finance experience.
• Understanding of HNW lending, including complex mortgages, commercial or bridging finance experience.
• Private banking or independent mortgage experience essential
• Highly ambitious, driven and professional
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• CeMAP Qualified or equivalent (Desired)
