Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Hospitality Manager for our client, a family-owned care organization with a commitment to providing state-of-the-art, holistic care that promotes the well-being of older adults. This Hospitality Manager role is a pivotal position that will ensure the highest standards in catering, dining, and domestic services across multiple care home sites, fostering an environment that prioritizes residents' needs and enhances their quality of life.
The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for upholding the client’s commitment to exceptional service quality and operational compliance, covering areas such as HR policies, recruitment best practices, budgeting, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Regular travel between sites is an essential part of the Hospitality Manager’s responsibilities, as they will work to guarantee consistency and excellence across all locations. A personal vehicle is not required for the role, though it may ease travel, as public transport is well aligned with the needs of visits to other locations.
