The successful applicant will have:

• You’ll have experience as a manager within a hospitality or care background
• You’ll love people – and as a result, have great interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
• Attention to Detail
• Manage multiple priorities to ensure the residents receive an engaging candidate experience.
• Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
• Self-motivated and confident
• Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
• Strong customer service skills
