House Manager - Cap Ferrat, South of France (Live In/Out), circa EUR70k gpa - Silver and Bow : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic House Manager to oversee a luxurious property in Cap Ferrat. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled individual with strong technical, service, and managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance & Management: Ensure the smooth running of a 3000 sqm property with extensive gardens, a pool, high-tech security systems, and more. Oversee contractors and ensure fair pricing.

Team Leadership: Manage a full-time team including a housekeeper and handyman, as well as seasonal staff during the summer months. Provide training and clear direction to ensure top-level service standards are met.

Service Excellence: Oversee and deliver high standards of service, especially during the busy summer months when the family is in residence. Experience in service is a plus.

Administrative Oversight: Manage rotas, allocate holidays, and ensure seamless communication across the team. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and overall property operations.

Requirements:

Fluent in both French and English.

Previous experience managing high-end properties and working with UHNW families is essential. Familiarity with managing property maintenance, security systems, and overseeing contractors is key. Live-in accommodation is available, with a private en-suite bedroom in a separate wing of the house. The family is in residence for approximately two months during the summer, and candidates should be prepared for increased activity during this time. You will work alongside a wider management team, so a collaborative approach is essential.
