Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Wembley.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cleaners, including scheduling, task assignment, and providing guidance and support to ensure a high standard of work.
Cleaning Supervision: Oversee the cleaning of interiors and exteriors, including seats, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or equipment issues to the Facilities Manager for timely resolution.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Training and Development: Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that the team follows all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and any incidents or issues. Prepare and submit reports to the Facilities Manager as required.
Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to address customer complaints related to cleanliness and ensure a positive passenger experience.
