Position; Housekeeping Junior Supervisor

Location; Oxford City Centre

Salary; £14.05 per hour

Hours; Full time, any 5 in 7 days

Planet Recruitment have registered an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Junior Supervisor in Oxford City Centre.

Main responsibilities;

• To supervise staff ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all bedrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices and public areas at all times
• Ensure teams have the materials to be able to perform their duties
• Uphold high standards of service

• Attend any appropriate off and on the job training courses.

• Induction and ongoing training of new and existing staff and conference teams
• Organise the daily work to cover shortages amongst the team
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
• Daily inspections of rooms in liaison with the Housekeeping Manager
• Maintain the integrity of the building with regards to security and fire safety

Required Skills / Qualifications;

• Experience of supervising staff
• Advanced command of spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive and initiative-driven
• Proven experience of planning and organising cleaning programs
• Organisation and time management skills
• Problem solving and attention to detail
• Team orientated
