Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to be working with a leading organisation on the outskirts of East Grinstead, seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Oversee infection control processes and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness is upheld
• Manage cleaning rotas and stock ordering using an electronic system
• Assist with meal-related tasks when required, including serving and clearing

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Knowledge of infection control procedures (preferred)
• A team player with a caring, respectful approach to residents

A DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.
