Houseman/Chauffeur/Assistant

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

The Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and overseeing the principal’s residence.
• Communicating suppliers and contractors; scheduling and overseeing their work.
• Maintaining and caring for vehicles.
• Driving the Principals and their children when needed.
• Managing house technology.
• Assisting proactively with general tasks and responsibilities.
• Welcoming visitors and managing intercom communication.
• Running errands, such as visiting the dry cleaners, post office, managing deliveries and returns.
• Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs as required.
• Ensuring the security of the residence and Principals at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to source suppliers and contractors, review agreements, and suggest improvements.
• Efficient, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Great DYI/handyman skills.
• Clean DBS check.
