The RoleA new and exciting opportunity has been created in our Housing Management and Support Service for a Housing Manager who can lead a team of staff in a new structure where culture and values are at the core of the services we offer.

Our terms and conditions are good and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days.

CandidatesWe are looking for an experienced leader to be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of our day-to-day housing management activities. In addition, this role will take responsibility for the delivery of a responsive ASB investigation and resolution service across all our rented homes

You will use your professional experience, expert sector knowledge and people leadership skills to develop and deliver a high-quality service. You will be solution-focused, professionally curious, and able to coach your team to do the right thing at the right time. On a day-to-day basis you will be prioritising your own and your teams' workload and work collaboratively to achieve and exceed targets.

Good knowledge of the ASB legislative framework alongside knowledge of case management, using and developing innovative early intervention pre-legal tools and problem-solving skills is essential.
