We are currently working on behalf of a charitable organisation, who are recruiting on a temporary basis for a Housing Support Concierge to deliver a high quality "waking out-of-hours" caretaking service in Manchester.

Responsibilities of the Housing Support Concierge includes:

• Manage any ASB cases
• Utilise CCTV to monitor the security of the building
• Respond to emergency situations
• Make regular visual inspections to communal areas
• Assist with the reduction of noise or disturbance
• Report any witnessed criminal activity to Police
• Respond to internal security and fire alarms

Essential criteria of the Housing Support Concierge includes:

• Enhanced DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence and business insurance
