Description
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Assisting with recruitment and onboardingonboarding processes
- Keeping up-to-date records of employees
- Maintaining HR databases and systems
- Assisting in the organisation of staff training and development programmes
- Handling HR-related documentation and correspondence
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks
Profile
A successful HR Admin should have:
- An educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with labour laws
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
