Your New Role

Our client is a Healthcare organisation based in the heart of Reading. They are currently seeking a career driven HR Coordinator to join their busy People team on a permanent basis in this highly varied position. The role itself is a nice mix of HR, from support recruitment & onboarding, ER, EE and other ad hoc responsibilities given by leadership. The role also offers a nice mix of BAU work and more project specific elements.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally you will have demonstrable experience offering administrative support within a HR/People function. You will be an excellent communicator, who takes pride in their work and delivers exceptional support to high level stakeholders. Attention to Detail is an essential element of this role, as well as, having strong organisation skills. A key element of this role is having the ability to push back on senior stakeholders and offer solutions to people queries. Finally, you will be a self starter, who is effective in teams as well as individually. CIPD qualifications is preferred.
