We are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join our clients team on a full-time basis. This position starts as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Manage employee records and update HR systems as needed
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance with policy and procedure questions
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of information
- Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
- Strong organsational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
