Position Overview:
The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department for 6 weeks. This individual will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for HR, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
The Candidate:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews..
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our brand's values.
- Previous proven experience within luxury retail recruitment
- Good understanding of luxury retail and brands
- Confident in being on field and approaching new businesses and having conversations
- Experience in customer service
- Flexible to work at least between upto 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
- Well presented with confidence in giving fantastic client service
- Outstanding telephone and email manner
- Very well spoken in English
- Able to work under pressure and great at multi-tasking
- Someone who enjoys working behind the screen, operational and computer savvy
- You must be able to use straight forward softwares, outlook and microsoft office
- You must be very well organised and can work timely in all circumstances
