Your Role Will Include:Recruitment:
- Screening CVs and arranging interviews
- Posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms
- Vetting candidates and issuing employment contracts
- Drafting new starter paperwork and coordinating follow-ups
- Completing references and background checks
- Managing logistics for new starters
Payroll:
- Distributing pension information to new starters
- Collating payroll information and assisting with compensation and benefits documentation
General Duties:
- Maintaining and updating accurate employee records
- Managing records of holidays, sickness, and leavers
- Supporting internal and external HR-related inquiries
