Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team in East Hull. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Department and ensuring the delivery of efficient and compliant HR services.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.Produce HR-related correspondence, including letters and reports.Assist with recruitment activities, such as creating job adverts and preparing interview packs.Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed and employment contracts are drafted.Provide support in organising and coordinating training, including mandatory and leadership development programmes.Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.Collect and analyse data for staff surveys, reports, and monthly HR reports.Act as a superuser for the HR system, ensuring accurate data and providing support to team members.Deliver a customer-focused and user-friendly service by providing professional advice and assistance.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding practises.
Skills and Qualifications:
Good standard of general education (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
