HR Administrator

I am excited to be recruiting for a HR Administrator, ideal for someone who has previously worked within HR and is CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying towards it. This role is pivotal in acting as the first point of contact for all HR administrative queries within a growing company. The HR Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all HR-related systems and processes and providing timely analysis and HR management reports.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Update HR documents and employee records in the company HR software system.
- Administer training, recruitment, promotion, and probation processes.
- Communicate changes to employee records and terms & conditions to the payroll department and line managers.
- Manage all sickness and other absence records.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and statistics for tasks such as annual bonus payments and pay reviews.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and produce regular HR reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and Human Resources.
- Assist with the administration and delivery of HR projects.
- Resolve HR-related issues.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for HR-related services.
- Administer the employee birthday gift process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A-Level standard education or above is advantageous.
- At least two GCSEs, including English and Maths.
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
