Job Description :

We are seeking a part-time HR Administrator with the role focusing on assisting the HR team in the successful delivery of HR functions in a fast-paced public sector environment.

You will be required to work Tuesday and Thursday on-site, approximately 16 hours per week.

Description

  • Supporting the HR team in delivering HR services
  • Facilitating recruitment processes, including handling applications and arranging interviews
  • Updating and maintaining HR records
  • Helping to coordinate training events and programmes
  • Assisting in the resolution of HR-related enquiries
  • Producing regular reports on HR metrics
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling confidential documents according to prescribed procedures

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A basic understanding of employment laws and practices
  • Experience in secretarial and business support

  • Must have a DBS
