We are seeking a part-time HR Administrator with the role focusing on assisting the HR team in the successful delivery of HR functions in a fast-paced public sector environment.
You will be required to work Tuesday and Thursday on-site, approximately 16 hours per week.

- Supporting the HR team in delivering HR services
- Facilitating recruitment processes, including handling applications and arranging interviews

- Helping to coordinate training events and programmes
- Assisting in the resolution of HR-related enquiries
- Producing regular reports on HR metrics
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handling confidential documents according to prescribed procedures

- Proficiency in HR systems and databases

- A basic understanding of employment laws and practices
- Experience in secretarial and business support
