This role involves HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate HRIS data management, and supporting key HR projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and communicate employee data, including contracts and changes.
  • Manage the HR Helpdesk and shared inbox, providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain accuracy within the HR system.
  • Support reward schemes, including long-service awards and benefits administration.
  • Assist in HR projects
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Workday or similar is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
