Job Description :

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Description

  • Provide administrative support for HR executives
  • Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
