We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Description
- Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Support the recruitment process
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
