Reed HR are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our client in Kingston for a 12-month maternity cover.
This role is ideal for someone with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent advisory experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and organising interviews.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Facilitate training and development sessions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or significant HR advisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
