HR Advisor - 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experienceLocation, Sevenoaks - Hybrid working upon passing probationIdeally you will be a driver due to the remote location of the roleDue to this role being an urgent requirement you must be available to start ASAPAs the HR Advisor you will play a crucial role within the business, acting as a key point of contact for employee's and management by providing a comprehensive generalist HR service, helping to achieve and maintain an aligned and enthusiastic team culture.
- Strong ER Case Work knowledge and project work is essential
- Experience in assisting in formal meetings such as employee disciplinaries and grievances
- Exposure to payroll desirable but not essential
- Must have or be working towards CIPD qualification
- Support and assist the HR Administrator where required
- Be the escalation point for queries HR Admin is unable to deal with and escalate to HR Manager more complex issues
- Provide coaching and education, supporting business areas on HR related matters building relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Provide advise and guidance to employees, team leaders and managers on a wide range of HR issues
