Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
- Experience in a similar HR role within the not-for-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
