### Description**About The Role ** As a member of the resort People Team and reporting to the resort PeoplePartner, the People Advisor will work to enhance the experience of a 1200+strong resort team.With a proven track record of executing, advising and coaching on all peoplerelated processes, you will support leaders to be fair and consistent in theirapproach to ER instances and ensure all policies and processes are followedaccurately, leading to an effective and timely resolution.You’ll also use your eye for detail to ensure continuous improvement byreviewing and auditing cases. From disciplinaries, grievances, performanceimprovement plans or anything in between, you’ll demonstrate with pride, oneof our core values of “We Care for Each Other” always.You’ll know your way around the Microsoft suite and use key People data toidentify trends and make a valuable contribution to developing strategies tosupport and retain our team.As a People Advisor, you should keep up to date with legislative changes andcommunicate updates to the wider resort to embed compliance and consistencyacross all departments. You’ll comply with strict GDPR procedures, ensuringall audits, records and paperwork are stored correctly, remaining entirelyconfidential.Typical working hours: This is a full-time position with a usual workingpattern of Monday to Friday with some occasional Saturday hours.### About YouWe’re looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is eitherexperienced in ER (preferably within a customer-facing business) or is newlyqualified and looking for their first full time role. As part of the PeopleTeam, you should have a confidential and professional approach to your work,whilst role modelling our Butlin’s Values.You’ll be supporting a resort with over 1200 team members so the ability toconfidently communicate at all levels is important, as well as an ability tooffer guidance and advice on a variety of topics relating to ER and wellbeing.You should be able to work on your own initiative and have confidence in yourown decision making and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will beversatile, adaptable and always on the lookout for ways to improve.You will be a trustworthy and discrete individual, using your position withinthe People Team to positively influence senior leaders across the resort. ACIPD qualification is preferred, but not essential – we’re much moreinterested in your previous experience working in a similar role.
