Job Description :

This is a exciting time to join an expanding and extremely successful organisation, in a great HR team.

The role is a generalist position, providing comprehensive and professional HR service to all staff. Reporting to the Head of HR, helping to ensure the implementation of the company's HR Strategy and to deliver exceptional first class HR service & Management of ER Cases .

Based in Hemel Hempstead with options for hybrid working (up to 2 days a week from home)

This a Temporary opportunity 3 months initially with a view to becoming a 12 month maternity cover contract

Skills/experience

Good generalist HR skills gained in a fast paced commercial organisation.

Microsoft Excel to advanced level

CIPD Qualified - with previous experience working as a HR Advisor managing ER cases

Must be available immediately to take on a temporary to contract role and able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
