We have a very exciting new HR Advisor role working for our North Bristol client.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Handling a variety of HR related queries, providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice
- Developing strong business relationships with stakeholders, supporting and coaching as required
- Managing a range of ER cases e.g. wellbeing, absence management, contract queries, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancy/restructuring, family friendly policies etc.
- Facilitating training sessions to upskill managers
- Helping to embed company values
- Contributing to ad hoc HR projects as required.
- Reviewing policies, making recommendations for improvement
- Creating, interpreting and monitoring HR metrics
The person
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Confident in providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Hands on, operational HR experience
- Keeps up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice and trends
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player who is also comfortable working autonomously
- Strong IT skills
- UK driving licence
Salary
£30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
