WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a HR Advisor, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a strategically focussed HR team by proactively driving the people's agenda.You will:
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders from across the business
- Manage all employee relations issues, ensuring managers have the appropriate skills to deliver consistent and fair outcomes
- Ensure managers are confident in managing performance promptly, fairly and consistently
- Support Sales and Operations Managers and Heads of Departments to build Line Manager capability within their region/function
- Review Employee Engagement results and develop robust action plans in conjunction with regions/functions to make a difference
- Support and encourage colleague recognition, thus ensuring Ryman is seen as a great place to work
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Group Teams
- Support stakeholders to identify resourcing needs through regular and effective talent planning and recruitment activities
- Coach and support stakeholders within the Crewe Retail Support Centre, Field Teams and in stores
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to support and promote key learning activities
- Proactively lead and develop new HR initiatives in order to add continued value to the business
- Analyse and evaluate absence, attrition and recruitment data effectively
- Be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a HR Advisor
- Take overall accountability for employee administration activities and employee data, complying with GDPR legislation
- Keep up to date with employee legislation
- Champion the Ryman and TPRG culture through demonstrating the Group values and behaviours at all times

- Able to provide clear and concise guidance to line managers
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and respond appropriately to deadlines
- The ability to constructively challenge others without damaging working relationships
