Reed HR is support a client who is looking for a HR Advisor who is passionate about employee relations and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. This role is ideal for a People/HR professional who is adept at managing a high volume of ER cases and is committed to early resolution and a restorative approach.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide support, advice, and assistance with a high volume of ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and sickness absence management.
- Act as the first point of contact for Regional TUPE activity, ensuring accuracy in data for due diligence and compliance with TUPE legislation.
- Assist in coaching line managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management issues, including support in meetings and documentation.
- Analyse ER data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve adherence to policies.
- Deliver ER training to internal stakeholders and manage recruitment and leaver administration.
- Maintain high visibility on sites across the region, focusing on the delivery of the People Strategy and ensuring best practice in all ER-related cases/queries.
- Manage ER cases with sensitivity and confidentiality, adopting an early resolution approach.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to review and improve employee management processes.
- Participate in project work and contribute to business transformation.
- Keep abreast of developments in case law and best practice, reviewing Employment Policies and Procedures accordingly.

- Substantial generalist HR experience in advising and coaching managers.
- Experience in dealing with large scale TUPE transfers.
- Appropriate degree or equivalent experience.
- CIPD qualified minimum Level 5, working towards Level 7.
