HR Advisor (Exeter)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our fast-paced HR team in Exeter, reporting to the HR Manager. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing expert HR and Employee Relations advice to employees and managers. If you have experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and can thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline HR support on policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage complex Employee Relations cases and coach managers on people management.
• Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment law.
• Support the HR Manager on various HR initiatives and business operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally in a unionised or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR processes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
