This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to further develop and enhance their experience with the support of a great HR Manager. Salary: £30,000 - £33,000Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Hybrid working available after probation) Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1st line advise to managers and employees - Enhance the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new employees. - Managing agency recruitment relationships - Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the quality of HR services. - Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR administrative tasks and processes. - Identify opportunities for improving HR policies, procedures, and overall service delivery. Requirements: CIPD Level 3 qualification. Extensive HR generalist experience Ability to work closely with operations to provide high-quality HR support.
