Responsible for the provision of a consistent service designed to support and develop our people throughout their careers with our clients firm. The HR Advisor role has a key role to play in our strategic aim to support every member of our team in their ongoing careers.

Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:
Recruitment & Selection administration
- Candidate management - Interview bookings and outcomes correspondence
- Offers & contracts
- Reference/ right to work checking
- On boarding of new starters
Payroll & Benefits administration
- Running the monthly payroll
- Monthly pension administration
- Tracking and reporting on holiday use
- Administration of the holiday purchase scheme
- Pensions administration - liaising with our pensions provider
- Administration of our Cycle to Work scheme
- Salary change and salary review letters
- Contract changes
Learning & Development
- Administration of apprenticeship programmes, including training contracts, course and exam bookings
- Supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship programme, liaising with their Talent Coach and attending apprenticeship review meetings as required.
- CPD programme - scheduling CPD events
- Booking compliance training sessions
- Maintenance of training records
- Maintaining records for our Performance Development Coach (PDC) programme
- Maintenance of records for SAT training provider
Performance Management
- Administration of appraisals programme
- Scheduling and record keeping for trainee feedback sessions
Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
- Scheduling of Quarterly Update events (online and face-to-face)
- Issuing of monthly employee survey questions and reporting on results
- Administration of recognition programme (thank you cards/ gifts)
- Be aware of ad hoc feedback and raise with the appropriate directors
Wellbeing
- Planning and communication of annual wellbeing events programme
- Flu vouchers
- Christmas gifts
People analytics
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting; preparing and circulating KPI data and reports
Project work
- Involvement in ad hoc project work focused on continuous improvement of the P&D services to the business
Profile
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor is someone with the :
- CIPD level 3 or working towards that.
- An experienced administrator
- Competent user of M365 suite and Microsoft 365
- Subscribes to the clients and CIPD Values that they offer
