My client is looking for a CIPD Level 5 HR Advisor to join their well established team for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending to 12 months.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective Human Resources support across a well-established not-for-profit organization.
The position is based in Cardiff and will focus on supporting a variety of HR functions within the organization.

Description
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and good HR practice.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Support the HR team in delivering a high-quality service to the organisation.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5 Human Resources.
- Experience in a similar HR Advisory role
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
