A well establish organisation based in the Lewes area are looking to recruit a full time in office HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Description
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with your internal stakeholders to review policies and procedures
- Dealing with disciplinary and grievances, attending any meeting to advise on the correct course of action
- Assisting with training and development
- Recruitment, shortlisting and selecting
- Managing the appraisal policy
- Coordinating HR projects
Profile
- Previous HR knowledge from within a busy department
- Managing multiple personnel streams and case at anyone time
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 or similar qualification
- Accuracy in personnel files
- HR software and systems
Job Offer
£30-32,000
5 days a week in the office
30 days holidays + Bank holidays
