Join an established and agile company as an HR Advisor, overseeing the full administration of the HR life cycle. This role is ideal for someone who acts as a pivotal first point of contact for HR enquiries, supports employee relations, and provides crucial HR analytical reporting and data management.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing advice in line with HR policies.
- Support HR Administrators in addressing HR-related queries.
- Generate reports on HR metrics, analyse data to identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Drive the reduction of absence management by reviewing Management Information on absenteeism and delivering key action plans.
- Hold HR upskilling sessions and develop workshops for managers on key HR subject matters.
- Support performance processes and assist managers in employee development plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, overseeing policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension queries, and flexible working.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in providing Employee Relations (ER) advice.
- Relevant HR qualification.
- Strong communication skills with a proven record in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to critically analyse and review large volumes of data.
- Experience in identifying trends and analysis.
- Experience in using corporate systems.
