Job Duties:
- Providing HR advice and support to employees and management
- Managing employee relations issues
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conducting disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
- Providing guidance on HR best practises
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- CIPD qualification
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role

- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in HR
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment
Working Conditions:
This role is office-based, working standard office hours. Some flexibility may be required to attend meetings or deal with HR issues outside of normal working hours.
