They are looking for a full time HR Advisor position.
Description
- Facilitate the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues and provide support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organise quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise a job fair event).
- Collaborate with the department's staff to facilitate the team's operations.
Profile
- Experience working in a HR role
- Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Can commute to Derby.
