HR Advisor

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a rapidly growing tech firm in London as part of the People Advisory team.

Working alongside the HR Operations Manager, you will:

• Form an integral part of the core HR function, supporting on all HR matters across the firm,
• Assist and manage employee lifecycle, employee relations, reporting, and reviewing/updating policies.
• Assist with disciplinaries and
• Act as a trusted advisor on policy and employee related matters.

The perfect HR Advisor will have a substantial background of working in HR within a professional services environment. You will hold your CIPD and be able to work well in both a team and autonomously.

This is a permanent position with a salary up to c£45,000, excellent benefits and hybrid working.
