The Organisation

Our client is a well established facilities management company who are going through a period of growth. Due to this growth, they are seeking a generalist HR Professional who has strong experience with TUPE.

The Role

• Responsible for the end to end management of TUPE transfers.
• This person will be the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Employee lifecycle administration.
• Management of employee relation cases.
• Partner with, and advise, Area Managers on all things People related.

Your Experience

• Ideally you would have worked in a blue collar environment.
• Strong TUPE experience.
• Management of ER cases end to end.
• Experienced in HR lifecycle administration.
• You enjoy in person collaboration - you are not one to shy away from face to face conversations.
• You are solutions focused.
