The HR Advisor is a core member of the support team of the firm. Responsible for the provision of a consistent service designed to support and develop our people throughout their careers with the firm. This role has a key role to play in our clients strategic aim to support every member of their team in their ongoing careers.

Recruitment & Selection administration Candidate management - Interview bookings and outcomes correspondenceOffers & contractsReference/ right to work checkingOn boarding of new starters Payroll & Benefits administration Running the monthly payrollMonthly pension administrationTracking and reporting on holiday useAdministration of the holiday purchase schemePensions administration - liaising with our pensions providerAdministration of our Cycle to Work schemeSalary change and salary review lettersContract changes Learning & Development Administration of apprenticeship programmes, including training contracts, course and exam bookingsSupporting apprentices through their apprenticeship programme, liaising with their Talent Coach and attending apprenticeship review meetings as required.CPD programme - scheduling CPD eventsBooking compliance training sessionsMaintenance of training recordsMaintaining records for our Performance Development Coach (PDC) programmeMaintenance of records for SAT training provider Performance Management Administration of appraisals programmeScheduling and record keeping for trainee feedback sessions Employee Engagement and Employee Relations Scheduling of Quarterly Update events (online and face-to-face)Issuing of monthly employee survey questions and reporting on resultsAdministration of recognition programme (thank you cards/ gifts)Be aware of ad hoc feedback and raise with the appropriate directors Well being Planning and communication of annual well being events programmeFlu vouchersChristmas gifts People analytic Weekly, monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting; preparing and circulating KPI data and reports Project work Involvement in ad hoc project work focused on continuous improvement of the P&D services to the business Profile
