HR Advisor - Frazer Jones : Job Details

6 month Fixed Term Contract for an HR Advisor to join a highly regarded Not for Profit organisation serving the local community.

The role supports their network of staff and volunteers and has a focus on employee relations and project work.

Duties:

• Employee relations - focus on absence management and conduct
• Policy update and review
• Project work to support upcoming HRIS systems upgrade
• Process improvement initiatives
• Change management
• Wellbeing and culture
• Ad-hoc support to volunteer onboarding team

Ideal experience:

• Previous experience in HR including case management
• Able to advise on employment law
• Experience of a multisite or 24 hour operational setting desirable - retail, hospitality, healthcare etc
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels.
