Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing client based in Stockton-on-Tees with the appointment of HR Advisor. You will be supporting the senior leadership team with all things HR from policies and procedures to employee engagement.

This is a full time permanent position with exciting career development opportunities an scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and updating job descriptions, employment contracts and employee records
  • Answering all HR queries posed by management and employees
  • Advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection and interview evaluation procedures
  • Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns
  • Participating in the appointment process for potential employees
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover
  • Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with staff members
  • Supporting leadership with employee reviews when required
  • Managing site attendance alongside the leadership team
  • Updating HR policies in line with current legislation

I am looking to speak with candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in human resources with a CIPD Level 5. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and a working knowledge of HR systems and software.

Salary : 35000 - 40000
