Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations? Our client, a leader in public services, is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their dynamic People Services team in Portsmouth, Plymouth and Helensburgh. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees during individual consultation meetings related to contract restructuring activities.
  • Deliver a compassionate and professional consultation experience, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Manage a high volume of consultations while efficiently logging all activities in the People Services case management system.
  • Collaborate closely with the ER Case Manager to ensure effective case management and resolution of employee queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data in compliance with data protection legislation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and customer service.
  • Ability to hold SC security clearance is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and patience.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working in an electronic environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in supporting or delivering restructuring consultations in a unionised setting.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
