HR Advisor opportunity working for a leading organisation based in Doncaster available on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be part of the HR and Compliance Team, providing HR support across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
- Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction.
- Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork.
- Carrying out employee screening.
- Maintaining employee files.
- Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues.
- Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice.
- Involvement in HR cases.
- Monitoring and booking training.
- Involvement in compliance duties.
What they Expect of You
- Capability to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous HR experience.
- Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and qualification.
- Mental Health First Aider.
