Job Description :

HR Advisor opportunity working for a leading organisation based in Doncaster available on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be part of the HR and Compliance Team, providing HR support across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction.
  • Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork.
  • Carrying out employee screening.
  • Maintaining employee files.
  • Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues.
  • Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice.
  • Involvement in HR cases.
  • Monitoring and booking training.
  • Involvement in compliance duties.

What they Expect of You

  • Capability to work in a team or independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous HR experience.
  • Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and qualification.
  • Mental Health First Aider.

What You Can Expect From Them

  • £28,000 to £30,000.
  • Temp contract to be reviewed after 12 months.
  • 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
